Provided by YP.comI used to live there in unit #1 and 8B. Housing is substandard and always needing repairs. Landlord is William Weller. He charges an exorbitant amounts for substandard housing and changes rent amounts when it suits him. I used to do maintenance on the units for him. One repair I did was run PVC pipe along the outside of unit 4 to replace the aluminum wiring that was currently installed in the unit and had melted leaving one side of the unit without power. Landlord installed cameras to keep track of visitors and people who may damage the property. When I lived there and did maintenance in exchange for rent but he changed the arrangement and used the camera to track my actions.

Provided by YPmobileHe stole my money. I went and looked at a trailer that was advertised as 525$ after looking to the place it was raised to 625$ I put down a $100 deposit. William said I had the place then out of no where told me he couldn't rent to me and said he would mail me my $100 this was 2 weeks ago and I have received nothing. He won't Answer his phone reply to e mails. Nothing!

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I had rented from W&A Rental twice in the past 2 years do to desperate circumstances. The rent is given an original price, say $280 for a 2 bedroom/1 bath trailer. Add $50 per person living there, children older than about 6 years old are also included in that too. $15 for trash. $25 for water. Our water bill was NEVER above $25, more like $5-$6 a month, but you are still charged the full $25. The carpets were filthy when we moved in, so we bought a carpet cleaner. It didn't help much. The ceilings had holes in it and were taped over and painted the color of the ceiling. When taking a hot shower, the steam would cause the tape to loosen and fall. The windows never close all the way. During the winter, our electric bill spiked to over $300+. The heat was provided as a wall heater. The plug for it was surrounded by rotten wood and would come undone at the slightest touch. A fire hazard.
The 2nd bedroom had a PLANT growing through the trailer and into the window. The wood around it was molded and smelled.
When we moved in, only 1 burner worked on the table top stove and it took a month to get something done about it. Which happened to be cutting the counter in half and installing a slightly older oven model.
Which brings me to the mold seeping in the walls and ceilings. In cabinets, up top, there is black mold. However when brought to W & A's attention, you have to take care of it yourself. Including the mice. He will not provide extermination.
During the winter, you have to leave the faucets dripping so the pipes don't freeze. Ours happened to freeze 1 night and it was discovered that the landlord did not apply heating tape to the pipe. However, had it been our fault, it would have cost over $100 to repair. A bill he had already prepared.
After moving out, a month later, we received a bill of damages taken out of our deposit. I do not believe in paying someone $50 for cleaning a stove. Beware of renting from them. There are better places out there.

Provided by YP.comCALLED THE RENTER TO VIEW 3BR TRAILER THAT WAS ADVERTISED IN NEWSPAPER FOR $275, GOT STOOD UP. TRIED TO RESCHEDULE VIEWING AGAIN, RENTER THEN TOLD US THAT HE WAS GOING TO RAISE THE RENT TO $300 BECAUSE HE "HE FELT TWO ADULTS AND THEIR TWO CHILDREN WERE TOO MANY PEOPLE, AND THAT HE COULD GET MORE MONEY WITH THAT MANY PEOPLE". HE HUNG UP ON BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I.
I DID CALL THE NEWSPAPER ABOUT HIS MISLEADING AD, AND THE RENTER WAS CALLED TO CHANGE HIS AD. I HAVE ALSO CALLED THE HOUSING AUTHORITY, AND AM IN CONTACT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
