OPEN NOW - Closes at 5:00pm

The average person gets off work around 4 or 5 in the afternoon, for being a retail store they close at 5 which makes it hard on the average person needing appliance parts. The person who answered the phone knew nothing. He told me he didn't know how to even look up prices for the part I needed.



Being a "STORE" they should at least stay open to 6 or 6:30 so the average person getting off work can get what they need...



OH, and if you mistakenly buy the wrong part, they won't let you return it, or exchange it. You can "SELL" it back for less then you paid for it. @@ <~~Eye roll
