This Wendy's USED TO have good food and good service.

Today I can't say how the food is because I didn't get any, but the service was the worst I have ever seen - anywhere!

I came to the Radcliff Wendy's for lunch about 1:40pm on Monday 4/16. When I came in there was no one at the counter but that was OK because I needed a minute to decide exactly what I would order. I read the menu and made up my mind, but there was STILL no one at the counter. There was one girl standing in the area between the grill and the counter; I know she saw me standing there waiting but she ignored me. After a couple minutes, a young man walked up to the cash register and stood there. I started to tell him what I wanted but his only response was "I don't take orders." At this point I told him that if he doesn't take orders maybe he should get the hell out of the way and let someone actually do their job. I didn't yell, but I did say it loud enough that I know anyone working there heard me. I don't know if there even was a "manager" anywhere in the restaurant - but still NO ONE bothered coming to see what was going on, so I left.
