I lived at Highland for a year and have almost no complaints. Everyone in the front office was always super nice and helped me whenever I needed it. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and the included utilities were great. However nothing is perfect. Living in a smaller unit I had no control of the temp in my apartment so sometimes I would be too hot/cold, also the walls are SUPER thin so you hear E V E R Y T H I N G. I also must have done something very bad to my upstairs neighbors because they were the loudest human beings Ive ever encountered who constantly blasted their horrific taste in rap music, but thats not Highlands fault. They gave me a detailed cleaning list when I moved out and I received my all of deposit back except $33, which was more than fair. Over all my experience was pleasant and I would absolutely rent from them again.
