The daycare is terrible. They need training on how to take care of children. Please Go somewhere else. We payed 700.00 for one month of daycare for our son. In two weeks he was bit and then came home with a scared knee. I am requesting partial of my money back.. if not future actions will be taken.

My child has been here for 6 months now, and he seems to enjoy his teachers. That being said, there are minor issues that I deal with but i feel that this will happen anywhere you send your baby and there are other infants. i give them a 4.5

Don't be fooled by the new facility. The management at BB is terrible and does not work well with children or parents. The staff comes and goes and there is no consistency. Teachers scream at children and upon complaints there is never action taken. Go somewhere else.

I am giving this place 4 stars because of the STAFF who TEACH the children. HOWEVER, I have noticed a rapid decline in this center since a new director Barbara has come there. She will say one thing and then say another. My child had a teacher who we were very pleased with but not long after this director came along the teacher was gone! The management of this place is very shady and I seriously think it is all because of this director. I hope she leaves soon or we just might find somewhere else to go.

We have been with BBEC in Raeford since 2008. While the center has gone through some growing pains over the years, the care provided to my children has been outstanding. The providers have cared for and loved my children as their own and I have formed very good friendships with several members of the staff. My oldest child was at BBEC for the first year of More at Four and I can say that the staff truly prepared my child for K. As with any daycare there will be bumps in the road, but I would and have recommended several parents to BBEC.

The More@Four Program here in Building Blocks is not what I expected to be. It seems they play and sleep more instead of learning their ABC's and 123's. I believe this program is more for children who has never been in school before. But still that is no excuse for them not learning thier Letters or Numbers. There has to be a better curriculum then this. The staff are nice. But I feel instead of playing with the children they should teach them. On top of that sometimes you wont find anyone at the front desk. I wonder if they realize that maybe sometimes parents have questions. They are still not organized at all in this school. I would not recommend this school to a 4 year old. Because they will not be prepared for Kindergarten.

Our child was in this daycare for about a year and we had nothing but problems with them. The management is terrible and the staff is inexperienced. New teachers were rotating through our childs class on a daily basis and usually wouldn't last more then a week so their was no consistancy or structure at all. I believe the staff was incapable of doing their jobs and only there to collect paychecks. Do not be fooled by the nice, new facility. Yes it sold us on choosing this daycare but we realized after that our child did not receive the love and care that you would expect from a good daycare. If you want your child to run wild and receive no structure at all, have a different teacher every day of the week and management that is incapable of handling the employees and the children then this daycare is for you.
