Receptionist took the time to understand my problem and was educated enough to know what I needed. She was also very understanding and courteous. When the men showed up, they were clean and professional. I immediately could tell I could trust them. They diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that fixed the problem the best way and for the least money! I will be referring them and using them in the future. Good job guys!

They had to come to our home 3 times in one year and two months. It's only my husband and I. They still didn't get the job done. Terry is rude. We spent a small fortune with them. Please use another company. Sincerely, the Oxendine family

Great company! I had problems with my leach field, roots had invaded my lines. Jones Septic cleared the roots out. They came out quickly and got the job done quickly. They are the only company that clears out roots, which saved me over $800 over installing a new field.

This company could be the answer to fixing a poor economy,,The Owner show such a concern to do a great job,that it was refreshing to deal with someone who was not interested in getting in and out and getting paid...After a couple hours of work,he saw signs in the soil that suggested my system did not need to be as detail as original thought,which he could have ignored,but being such an honest person he removed one of the two tanks he had already installed and saved me over 3,000 dollars from the original price.....I would RECOMMEND this company to any service in which they provide.If you need some work done and refreshing look to good business practices just give then a call ASAP.Ken AshworthHappy Customer
