I was planning on taking my Dalmatian winter to this facility to work on socialization. He is a terrific dog loves people he knows basic commands and pretty much walks by my side depending on big distractions. I called this trainer in advance to schedual an evaluation of my dog, I drive 30 minutes to the location and the drive was smooth until I arrived to a house with a ton of dogs in an enclosure that are barking nonstop, horses in another encloser. I look around and see no sighns whatsoever that this is the place, Then a young guy walks

I contacted Kranenburg Training and they set up a time to come check out their facilty very quickly. They spent well over an hour and a half going over their training program and showing me their facilty. I felt very comfortable after meeting both of them and watching them interact will my baby. I was relieved to find such a wonderful place to leave my Prince while I'm away.

Was looking to kennel my dog but could never get in touch with the owners/trainers. Poor customer service! Never returned phone calls after leaving messages or responding to email. This tells me the owner/trainers do not know how to balance priorities that could equate to poor pet care

We rescued our boxer mix in September and knew he would be a handful, but fell in love with him. While he was trusting and gentle with us, he had some issues with fear aggression and commands, probably because of lack of training and socialization as a young pup. Now at 19 months, he has completed one course of training and we knew he was responsive and smart and slowly making progress. However, a bullheaded adolescent, he needed more. After he got off leash and bit two neighbors ( a runner and a man running and yelling at him), and spending 10 days in county bite quarantine, we were faced with a terrible decision whether to euthanize him or give him up. No rescues would touch a biter, and the date was set to euth. We found KCTC within moments of his demise, and took him to visit, planning on leaving him at their center for the two-week intensive training. After 15 minutes, Steve evaluated our dog, said he didn t need two weeks, he needed two or three hours. By the end of our visit, our dog was obediently walking beside us on the leash, coming and not afraid of bikes. Equipped with some basic, solid techniques, we took our pup home and have been working with him. He walks beautifully. He no longer barges an open door. He is becoming less and less interested in runners and critters in the yard. He now knows whose boss. KCTC saved his life, and in many ways ours. These folks know what they are doing and have been doing it for a long time. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially someone with a bully breed or red zone dog. Rates are incredibly reasonable. I will be going back for refreshers, so that I, the handler, can continue to learn how to work with my big boy. And to visit, because not only are they wonderful trainers, but really good folks.
