I am so disappointed by your moving service, your customer support EVERYTHING!!! Here I am in my new home with boxes MISSING. I had a move from New York to Georgia. One set of things was going to my daughter in Augusta and another set to me here in Atlanta. I can't begin to tell you what an incredible mess was made of my move. EVERY SINGLE BOX, PIECE OF FURNITURE AND PLASTIC CONTAINER was CLEARLY labeled. I typed each myself and organized the things into colors - one for my things, one for my daughters things. when my boxes were delivered to me in Atlanta, I could NOT believe the condition of my boxes, even those CLEARLY marked FRAGILE!! One of the boxes was OPEN - top and bottom? Things that clearly were addressed to my daughter are now sitting in my home and your moving guy suggested he give me $20 to cover the cost of UPS (a microwave, a coffee table a box and a laundry basket). Not only am I angry, I am deeply deeply insulted and disgusted by Hercules movers lack of consideration for customers valuables. I was HOUNDED by Fred to accept your services,he was calling me at least 1-2 times a week to make sure that I was going to use your company. You all charge professional prices but you do not get professional services. I called and spoke to Fred on Monday evening when the disrespectful moving man left here, and he told me there was NOTHING he could do because he wasn't in the office, I said fine, someone better call me tomorrow (Tuesday), and say something to me and up to this minute NO ONE FROM THIS COMPANY has called me to say anything, of course not you already have my money so there is nothing to say to me now. HOWEVER, as I still have boxes MISSING and they are neither here in Atlanta, nor are they in Augusta with my daughter, my LAWYER will be contacting you within the next few days because I AM going to take you to small claims court and TRUST ME I WILL WIN! I am also going to make SURE that people know what your company is REALLY all about, and that is collecting their money and giving a shabby, UNPROFESSIONAL,low-class service FOR A big PRICE!!!!!!!
