Horrible!!!

First, I dropped off a package back in 2010 for it to be returned.. They lost it and it cost me $180. Filed a claim and they ignored it. Then they lost one of my school books that cost me $120. It said it was delivered but it never was. Had to get it delivered again. They sent a letter with my tax information to the wrong house! Down the street! I try calling but sometimes they never pick up. And about a week ago I ordered a watch for school, it said it was delivered but it was never here. Had to reorder it again. I'm waiting on stuff now for school, they better not screw this one up or I'm really going to do something about it this time.

This place is HORRIBLE!! They lost my mail on two different occasions! I will NEVER go there to mail a letter again! Wish I could give them NO stars!
