Excellent selection and the best prices around! The employees have always been polite and extremely helpful. I've bought several e-cigs and vaping products without any issues. As a consumer, it's my responsibility to ask any questions and to keep asking until I'm satisfied with the answers. It's also my responsibility to be a informed consumer and have at least some clue about the maintenance and care that some products require BEFORE I purchase something.

The only reason I gave you a star was so that I could write a review..I have been spending over 150 a month on e cigs, batteries ,liquid chamber cigs the new ones.. for over 2yrs now.I recently bought 4 liquid chamber e cigs the new one.No one explained to me the dos and donts. Probably because you wanted me to pay and leave.After you opened the package to make sure it worked.so that I wouldnt change my mind. long story short my batteries for the liquid chamber according to the staff..have a 1 yr warranty.Mine lasted 2 months.The staff said they would not warranty my batteries because I failed to clean the Battery.. Really maybe you should inform your customers of this process. Apparently the sealed chambers tend to leak oil or liquid onto the top of the battery. And you are supposed to be aware of this fact. Even though you have never owned one.. I work in retail and deal with over 100+ people a day and you can be sure I will make it a point to let them know not to buy your product because your warranties or guarantees mean absolutely nothing. Just ask the girl at the liquor store across the street she already herd it from me..Good job guys way to go. you lost a loyal customer of 2 years because you forgot to tell him that your sealed chambers leak. And that you will not stand behind your guarantee or warranty why ? Because you forgot to tell them that those $35.00 batteries need to be cleaned..way to go guys..$150 to $200 a month for over 2 yrs might not be much to you. Let's see how many more customers you will loose because of your greed
