We have done business with this small local family owned business whenever we have had issues with any of our major appliances that came with our home. The prices are fair for used/refurbished and are great deals compared to buying brand new. If you are looking to save money, aren't picky about minor cosmetic imperfections that is sometimes the case with pre-owned items then they probably have something that will meet your needs... and if not? Just give it time and pop back in to see if they have added to their inventory. Alternatively they offer repair services too *caveat - if it is fixable and they have the parts or can still order the parts. Over the last 15 yrs we have purchased a standing freezer, a replacement stove heating element, washing machine belt replacement, and a new to us-used washer and dryer from them. All of our purchases are still in perfect running order and have not needed any additional repairs since we got them! Even if they needed repairs, it would still be cheaper overall than buying brand new. Now in nearly mid 2021 we are looking to go see them about replacing our old dishwasher. The couple that own the store have always been friendly, honest, and helpful so the two negative reviews from 2009 here are quite baffling. I highly recommend giving them a chance as it has always been worth the $ savings for us every single time =)

We have had nothing but Positive experiences with the People that work there, and the Delivery guy has always been kind and respectful!

Im shocked ppl didnt like this place. I have been doing business with them for bout 10yrs. They have always been accomadating and very helpful. My washer and dryer have lasted over 5 yrs. and i have only need a 10$ repair on my washer in this time and they walked me threw it to save me service call. And my appliances were used when i bought them. I think these guys are actually quiet fabb.

THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR APPLIANCES IN WORKING CONDITION WHEN YOU PURCHASE

THEM. I PURCHASED 2 WASHERS (BOTH OF THEM DID NOT WORK) AND WHEN YOU CALL

THEM. THEY DENY EVERYTHING. THAT THEY TEST CLOTHES IN THEM BEFORE THEY SELL THEM

AND THIS IS NOT TRUE.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!

this place sells used appliances that do not work or stop working after the 90 day warranty is up this place is a fraud and is very rude when it's time to repair your washer or dryer CAN NOT TRUST
