From the moment I walked in Vanessa greeted me kindly and took me in for an appointment right then and there. After explaining what changes I wanted with my hair and showing her pictures to give her an idea of the style, (I went from long hair to a very layered short bob), she let me know what to expect with shorter hair and made sure I was completely sure I wanted to proceed. I really appreciated the way she paid attention to details from the washing process all the way down to the actual cutting and styling. She even had coffee and creamer to offer as well as made me fall asleep due to massaging my scalp throughout the washing period! I will definitely be making this my home Salon :)
