Provided by YP.comThis man is rude and hateful. He told me that he threw the packages in the back and waited 12 or more weeks to send them if the customers argued with him. I wasn't arguing with him but needed information as to why my package was returned to me for more postage when I followed the manufactures instructions to peel the return label from my invoice and they would bill my charge card for the postage.
