Provided by YPmobileThis place is an absolute joke! We have been here for a few years and it was fine when the previous company owned it (Tarheel). It was fine because rent was $675 a month. 3 Points bought all the Tarheel properties in December 2014 and have been painting and completing small minor repairs to buildings that should have just been demolished. Now, they have raised the rent from $675 to $1150. A 70.4% increase in rent? For 2 coats of paint, new carpet, and a few appliances? Get OUT of here! As one of my neighbors said, "they're putting lipstick on a pig." These buildings should be condemned - between the termites (among other infestations like drain flies in every unit and don't get me started on the spiders), the ceilings falling in, water damage, NO insulation from the attic (at least $120 power bill, more like $140), railings falling off balconies, stoves so crooked my pots and pans slide off (dinner is fun here)...I could go on forever. And GOD FORBID YOU NEED MAINTENANCE FOR ANYTHING. They are currently 374 tickets behind on top of all the half @$$ "improvements" they are making. We have had at least 8 requests in for 11 weeks and not a single thing has been fixed. We call them, go in person, send requests online...it doesn't matter. They are in way over their heads - they made a horrible investment in a ton of properties that should have been knocked down but they are now making new residents pay for their own mistake. It's unfortunate...but these apartments are worth what we were paying when Tarheel owned them. We were fine with the issues when we were paying 70% less per month. The same issues exist but they are now covered in fun pastel colors, which fixes everything, right?

Provided by YP.comThis rental company sucks. They take forever to handle any issues and are just as bad as the company from which they bought their properties (Tarheel). The people in the office are nice, but I don't think the company (corporate, etc.) knows anything about property management and the area in which they are attempting to cater. They made cosmetic improvements to most of the properties, but they haven't fixed the things that matter -- like shoddy service/maintenance/or the ACs. Ugh. Considering that, they also have jacked all their apartment/townhouse/house prices up way more than what you should pay in the area. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I'm glad I left when I did.

Provided by YP.comThis place is like a bad car dealership. The managers first lure you in a small price, and after you apply they increase the price. Best to avoid it, or have the price they promised to you in written form.
