I had a brand new car tinted at their Cary location. I paid approximately $450 for the tint job only to have it redone 3 times total because of all the bubbles which was a huge inconvenience. After the 3rd time, the tint looked great but then there were several scratches on my paint around the areas they had fixed. I was told there was no way they could have done it. I guess it was just a coincidence that scratches that were not their 2 days prior ended up in those same areas on a brand new car. The location was supposed to pay to have it repaired and after several weeks I brought it in only to find out they had one of their inexperienced in-house employees buffing and repairing the scratches. I will not be returning and suggest you to think twice before using this business.

I've had my truck, minivan and wife's BMW tinted at this shop. The owner Jason has a great deal of knowledge about the different tints available, and does a good job of explaining your options. I got a heat/UV ray resistant tint and the cars are definitely more comfortable to get into even in the summertime. I also think the cars look more sleek with tint (even the minivan). I can honestly say that I have searched meticulously for flaws in the application of the tint and I can’t find any at all. There are no gaps at the tops of the windows and no gaps on the front corners of the windows (my old car would show a little gap when the window was rolled all the way up because the tinter I used back then didn’t compensate for this space). You won’t have that problem at this shop. The owner is professional and I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a quality, hassle-free tint job. They did an outstanding job on all 3 of my vehicles!

I just recently had my windows...

I just recently had my windows tinted here. First of all they didn't tint my whole back windshield. They failed to mention this to me until they had already had my car for 3 hours and I had already paid. They told me because of the defrost they could not tint over it and I would have to pay $25- $30 to have a piece of vinyl put over it. This is after I had already paid $220 to have it tinted. I believe if they can't tint it, then the vinyl should be included in the cost. The next thing is, my husband found a scratch on the driver's side window the next day. I thought, no big deal, they do carry a lifetime warranty. After calling today to complain about the back window not being fully tinted (some places do it, some don't) and telling them about the scratch, the guy (Jason) informs me that the scratch wasn't there and I must have done it with my seatbelt. I'm sorry, but I'm not that horrible of a person that I would damage it and blame it on them. He said he can look at it and tell exactly how it happened!?!?! I know one thing, there is always a chance that he could not have seen this, but for some reason must believe he's perfect. I'm going to carry the car by tomorrow for him to look at it, but I am almost certain that he will blame it on me. I felt like he didn't care anything about my problems with the service and was not willing to help at all. Next time they should fully explain what they are doing before charging people so much. He says he couldn't tell me about not tinting the back window all the way, before the service, because I left so quickly. But I stood inside and talked to the other guy about my tint before and never saw the other guy. Not to mention I came back and waited another hour for them to finish my car. I am very dissapointed in the way I was treated today when I called in to talk about the tint, he didn't have any answers, unless they were in his favor. I guess the customer is always wrong...

It is always my mission to provide the best customer service to my customers, I produce a high quality product and back it with a lifetime warranty against manufactures defects. Let me begin with the back windshield. There are certain makes and models of cars that have a material known as dot matrix. Dot matrixes are Teflon dots, and as Teflon is designed as non-stick surface, film simply will not stick to them. In some vehicles the dots can still be covered with careful sanding to remove the surface layer of Teflon but in the case of the Cadillac CTS, there are defrosters running through these dots, therefore sanding would damage the defroster so this is not an option. It is my experience with these windows covering the area runs a very high risk of peeling and leaves an unpleasant whiteness behind. Please refer to this link for more information http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/cadillac-cts-v-2004-2010/1290480-tint-question.html.All glass areas were covered on the vehicle, it is a situation that is simply beyond my control. If I provided free vinyl to all cars with this problem I would no longer be able to provide economic pricing for my customers. It is a high quality vinyl that is applied and the process that takes around 45 minutes to do. I provide high quality tinting with fair prices. As far as the time frame, all cars take around 2-2.5 hours to complete and this car was completed during that time frame. Finally, the issue concerning the scratch in the window, of course it is impossible for me to truly diagnose a problem over the phone, I simply made an assumption of what the possibilities could be. After being in business for over 11 years, I am very familiar with the common causes of scratches. I personally inspect every window before it leaves our shop to ensure perfection. After seeing the window, it was a scratch on the outside of the glass, not the tint. Unfortunately, sometimes tinting a window can bring attention to a scratch or defect that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. I am of course disappointed that this customer is unhappy, but I believe I made every attempt to address her concerns, even offering a discount on the vinyl application.

Love my tint

The tint on my new car looks awesome! I called on a Friday and they were able to get me in the following day. The owner gave me detailed instructions how to clean the tint to keep from damaging it. The price was good too. I'm really happy with how my car looks. They do a great job here.

Excellent work

They do an excellent job of window tinting here. They use a high quality film that won't bubble and turn purple. It's been close to a year and my windows still looks great. My car isn't as hot as it used to be when I get in because the tint rejects a lot of the sun’s heat. The owner, Jason, is professional and an all around nice guy. He gave me good instructions on what not to do the first couple days and how to clean the windows. He also tinted my brother’s home and did an awesome job there too. Highly recommended!
