I am an elderly disabled veteran. I was in a car accident and haven't driven in a while due to my accident. I placed an order for my tags through the DMV app which takes 7 to 10 days to reach you. I decided to go visit my friend and Ace towing and recovery towed my car. I had to pay 200 to get my car on Saturday. Monday when the office opened they refused to give me my 200 dollars.
There are business that work for our communities because they care about the people in addition to making money. Ace towing and Recovery do not care about their community. Anyone who sees this company run the other way. They are heartless.By the way Nick's'and Oscars towing have great reviews.

So my wife and 5 year old decided to go to the parade in downtown Raleigh. We are new to the area and when she parked downtown she went to the first kiosk she saw and paid for her parking. (So she thought) after the parade she showed up to where she parked to find that the car had been towed! After walking a half an hour to find ace towing she showed them her recipt that showed she had paid and they told her that she had paid at the wrong place and that there was a sign that apparently said where she should have paid. Therefore they said they couldnt do anything other than take 100 dollars from her to get the car back. They had no sympathy for the situation which was an obvious mistake. Nor were they sympathetic that she was clearly not familiar with downtown Raleigh, or that she had a 5 year old with her that was tired from walking around downtown and hungry. They had no problem taking her last 100 dollars. And they acted like there was no exceptions. They didnt have a choice and tryed to blame the city! They couldnt even admit that the only thing at play here was their own greed and lack of compassion! There is always exceptions, but they were too concerned with getting their 100dollars! Scum!

I would like give this company a excellent review for customer service regarding a recent situation in which my vehicle had to be towed, and there was some possible damage associated with the tow, and although the evidence was not conclusive in terms of the towing causing the damage, they were willing to ensure that I came away satisfied. There is something to be said for integrity, and cultivating relationship. Patronize this business!!

I also had my car towed by Ace Towing and let me say they are a sorry lot in my opinion. I realize they were hired to tow cars from the area of parking lot just next to McDonald's on Capital Blvd, but we did not know this area had been marked as no McDonald's parking. These creeps watched me walk my 84+ year old mother and 3 small grandchildren into McDonald's, then jerked the car out of the parking space. It seems the landlord only wants Kmart or HOPN customers parking there. There were lots of other cars parking there, but I don't know if they towed anyone else that day. (It was a Sunday right after church.) These guys have no idea whether I was going to go to Kmart after going in McDonald's or not. They just took my car which traumatized my mother, myself and scared my grandchildren. I talked to some people and found out that this towing company sits and watches for people who park and go into McDonald's. I was told that it seems they tow mostly people who have children because they know those people are the most desperate to retrieve their vehicles. How much more rotten can you get?

The crew at Ace understood my frustration and worked so quickly to get me and my car taken off the interstate and me to safety.

Ace Towing & Recovery is a very professional company. The staff there is very nice. One of the employees there was kind enough to assist me in getting my vehicle back. I would recommend Ace Towing & Recovery to anyone!.

Good experience with Ace Towing! I was in town for a visit and broke down. I didn't know where to have them tow my car but the driver gave me a great recommendation to a local shop for service.

I had a junk car I wanted to get some money for and I found Ace Towing online. They got to my house about an hour after I called and gave me cash for my junk car. All while providing Grade A Service!

The driver was friendly and professional. The The fast service was great too!

My car was towed from in front of my house even though the Home Owners Association explicitly told this company not to tow for hang-tags at that point. They took my vehicle in the middle of the night... you can only imagine my surprise when I woke up to leave for my vacation and my car was missing. I made a few phone calls and finally found out that my car was taken by Ace Towing. I asked my HOA to get involved with the recovery of my vehicle and they helped communicate and retrieve my vehicle. Ace Towing admitted their mistake, towed the car back to my home for free, and returned it albeit with damage to the front bumper. I called the company and explained to them what I noticed and to make this long story short, the company paid for the repairs as well as a rental vehicle while I had to wait. Overall, this is something that could have been avoided in the first place but it was nice to deal with someone who seems honest and cares about being a good business person. I finally have my car back, the repairs have been made, and I am carrying on as if this never happened.

They were really nice about calling me back after they looked up information about the car. They were prompt with communication and they were really nice about explaining the situation and the steps I needed to take to recover my car. The manager was a nice and fair man who was considerate and made me feel more comfortable about the whole situation. Thank you for your service.

My car was towed from my apartment complex because of the lack of dispaly of my parking pass, however they were willing to listen to my story of the situation when I went to talk to them about it. Even though I wasn't able to visit until after three weeks of the incident, they still remembered who I was and what my issue was. They were considerate of my feelings and helped me to understand why I was towed.
