The professionalism of Driver Billy Collins was totally awesome When I say he went above and beyond that's an understatement. I work at Greyhound and will continue to pass on the great experience that i encountered with this company on June 15, 2013. The Driver could have left me stranded like the previous company did he also made me feel safe in an awkward situation where my surrounding was not comfortable. He did a remarkable job getting me and vehicle home. If anyone at my Greyhound location is in need of a tow I will be calling Alan's Towing their the BEST!!!!

I believe the customer above is mistaken as to what business she was dealing with, which was Precision Tune. Precision Auto and Precision Tune are two completely different entities. Alan's Towing & Recovery, Inc DBA Precision automotive does not sell tires, we do not offer coupons, and our tire rotations are $40.00. I am a female and I am employed by this company. They, in no way, treat me any less civilized as they would any customer. If you have a question, they will gladly explain it to you and try to help you in any way we can. We have several female customers that have came to us for years to have their vehicles worked on. Males and females are treated with the same kindness and general care. I am sorry that your experience was not a good one and I wish you the better luck the next time that you need to have some work done.

Tricksters - Women Beware!

Despite a 20 mile drive, my daughter and I made the hike to New Bern Ave this Saturday because we had a coupon for a $49 tire rotation and $39 tires. My daughter needed her tires that had been put on 2 months prior rotated. After a few minutes the service agent called her back. She came back to the waiting room crying. They said $700 worth of work was required due to a cracked head gasket, and that our car would not make it back to Zebulon due to the condition of our 2 month old tires. The service folks did not realize my former husband and I had owned an auto repair shop. I know my way around cars. I went back, did a nichol test on the tire treads and proved they were wrong. We had experienced no engine problems before going in and I knew that a gasket replacement would be in the $2000 range so it was proposterous for them to even propose fixing it for $700. I asked if they were willing to rotate the tires. They scared my daughter by telling her the car would kill us on the way home. I said no problem - I will get the rotation elsewhere. I asked if could buy my $39 tires to fit my other car. They explained they would not fit - when I am sure they would (like I said I know cars, tires and what will fit). They tried to upsell me. Finally, disappointed we walked out. These folks are tricksters. They they can get over on a woman because she does not know cars. Men and women -- count this business OUT. We do not need to support dishonest businesses like this one in our community. My next stop on Precision Auto is the Better Business Bureau of Raleigh!
