Last summer we contacted Rodney Turner of American Craftsmen of NC to quote on replacing our entire roof which had been showing signs of leakage. Rodney had come recommended by some friends who'd had roof work done for them. After inspecting the attic, Rodney admitted that while there were some signs of water leakage from the past, he didn't see any reason to go through to expense of replacing the roof at that time, and declined to quote on the job.



After several months of very heavy rains and high winds, however, we did find signs of new water leakage, and so we called on Rodney to quote again. He gave us an estimate that, even including an extended 20-year roof replacement plan, was competitive with the other bids.



Work was done quickly and neatly, and there were no surprises or extra costs at the end. Rodney also helped broker a chimney cap for our fireplace at a reduced price.



In all, we are very happy with the work done, the timeliness, and attention to detail, and if it's not already obvious from this review, we will be recommending American Craftsmen of NC to anyone who asks.
