Awful. Terrible Customer Service!!!



When I filed a formal complaint, I was told that maybe we had a "personality conflict"

as if it was My Fault the AT employee lied about several of our conversations, had inaccurate info, insisted I was wrong, basically told me to stop calling & failed to communicate information to me & to the driver. She was extremely rude & unprofessional. Her tone, altitude, and responses make me believe she does not enjoy her job (working for special need kids) or is qualified to do her job.
