Provided by YP.comThis is NOT a honest business. They just don't care. I bought my car from them on November 1, 2017. They do not get their cars properly checked out in the beginning. Not only did I have to call them to remind them to file my paperwork in order to receive my license plate: here is a list of repairs that I have had to deal with in the 2 months since buying this car:
A new transmission
Engine Oil Cooler
Oil cooler gasket
Oxygen sensors
Exhaust Manifold Gasket set
CV axle shaft
Added 2 qts of oil, along with brake fluid, and transmission fluid.
Replaced lights inside that were burnt out.
They refuse to contact me when I call, and they never fixed my passenger side door handle that they AGREED to fix and cover the cost on when I signed the paperwork. Yes, I bought a warranty, but they didn't cover everything and I had to put hundreds of dollars in order to get everything repaired. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and they refused to settle that way. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I hope they understand that karma will come back to bite them in the end.

Provided by YP.comVERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I just contacted the business bureau. I bought a car 9 months ago; last week my engine started to knock, I made it check by several mechanics. They all came to the same conclusion that the engine is full of sludge/gel which has been building into the engine for a very long period of time. I always took good care of my car and kept all the receipt of my oil change (all done by mechanics) at the right mileage, the mechanics told me such thick oil sludge cannot build up in only 9 months especially if I properly take care of my car. I found out that my car as been sold in that condition and Auto Alternatives must have known about it as they have their own mechanic inspecting the car before selling it. I went to Auto Alternatives to talk about my situation with a friend of mine and a trusted mechanic. The owner of Auto Alternatives and the car dealer first start cursing at my friend who was telling them they didn’t sell a good car and that they knew about it. The owner of Auto Alternative cursed at her, calling her F***** B****, while my friend was very civil to them. I was very chocked. My trusted mechanic then came visit to explain them how a oil sludge build up in an engine, explaining how I could not be the person who did this to the car and that the car has been sold in that condition. They said they didn’t care and that they would not help me fixing my car. They are very rude, and they sold a car which blows up after 8 months due to a pre-existing condition! Auto Alternative definitely took advantage of me. Waiting to hear from the Business Bureau now.

Provided by YP.comAfter talking with Tim, made plans to go buy on Saturday morning to test drive. Supposed to open at 11AM....no one showed up until 11:30AM. No biggie. Drove car and liked it but had to leave. Called back and over the course of a few days negotiated a price that included some work.
Called back and left msg with his son asking for a call. Called and got no answer. Sent a text msg asking for a call. Finally go up with him and that is when it fell apart. He told me he was to busy to get the parts....to busy to take the car there.....the shop was backed up....and then he said he did not want to sell the car to me at that price. Yep he backed out of a negotiated deal. I was not happy and felt this was dishonest.
Do not recommend.
