I've owned 5 cars in 20 years and I have never experienced such poor service after the sale. I made the mistake of chosing Autopark Inc to buy my last used car. The sales person was overly nice while we handed him our cash. Two days later it broke down. When we contacted the facility, we were given a hard time but were refunded $200. Then I was told that my tags would be mailed to me but when I called to give the address I was told that the salesperson "changed his mind". When I asked to speak to his manager he said he was the only person that I could speak to. I didn't understand why he became so irate over the phone, yelling at me, and telling me he had done enough for my fiance and I already.I had a lot of unforseen issues at my place of employment and could not meet their hours, so I asked if he could deliver the tags. The man continued yelling. I never cursed, or raised my voice to the man. I have been to other dealerships who have delivered and put them on my car. Stay away!!!!!
