My family and I lived at Autumn Pointe Apartments for almost 6 years until recently. We had an awesome experience living there due to the kindness, cooperation, and full support of Jennifer the Property Manager, Eleanor, and the two Maintenance gentlemen: Lynn and Russell. We are very thankful to them for everything they did to make it such a great experience. Jennifer was very kind and supportive and attentive to our needs. It was very easy dealing with her concerning our lease. She always followed the company guidelines to maintain the status and the integrity of the community with the help and support of her staff. Eleanor was very friendly and always smiling when we came to the office for different situations. She always made sure our concerns were handled to completion. The maintenance crew were quick in completing our maintenance requests. Lynn and Russell were always hard at work and patrolling the neighborhood. We will recommend Autumn Pointe Apartments to others.
