Sheep in Wolves Clothing

Well let me start by saying that I rented from them for a few years. Than when it was time for me to vacate the property by Choice if I may add. I saw a totally different side of the people that were usually nice on the phone over the years.... It really made me feel Cheap!!, And totally betrayed. I shampooed the carpet and left the place looking much better than I had gotten it. Only to have them say that I trashed the place and charged me for their employees to re-shampoo the carpet in the apartment. This all after I showed them the receipts for the rental of the machine..... My advice to ANYONE renting from this company is to have them come in at least 2 weeks prior to you moving to have them inspect the place in your presence.......... Trust me it is worth losing a day’s work to do this they will do their best to have you pay for normal wear and tear after being in any of their property.... This way they keep the true home owner happy.... I would not recommend them to anyone.
