Terrible. Dropped off 6 shirts got back 4. They will only pay 10 their charge for cleaning which means we get like 15 bucks per shirt which by the way cost closer to 75. Do not go here. Paying more somewhere else would be worth and is exactly what I intend to do.

Is 0 stars an option? This business is very low quality. You pay extra for starch and the job they do for drycleaning isn't very high quality. They also shrunk a mens jacket from a size 40 to a child size and will not respond or replace the item.

Best Price Cleaner have done my men's dress shirts and khaki pant for 7 years with never a problem.

I had two shirts that came back this week with simple food stains that were marked to be pre-treated but never were. The stains ruined my Brooks Brothers Dress Shirts. Now, the owner, TAHIR will not respond and the new counter folks are a... h.....s.

I am using best price cleaners for last 12 years now honestly speaking they have saved me tons of money and I have always been happy with quality and service , of course their prices are unbeatable . These guys have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Pair the customer experience with mediocre outcomes and now their prices are just as high as anywhere else, I would not recommend this place at all. I turned in 9 shirts to be cleaned, they returned 8, then presented me with random shirts and told me to pick from these random pieces of laundered material asking me to pick my shirt out of the pile(ok they were hung) but none of them were mine. I said, none of these are mine, their manager responded that one of them MUST be yours. I was stunned! Then one of her minions said they must have miscounted the number of shirts I turned in. I said excuse me, you charged me for 9 shirts, I distinctly remember the missing shirt and you are telling me what now?



The manager walks off telling me that she doesn't have time to look for my shirt and she will call me when she has time to find it.



I return 2 days later and the manager refuses to even acknowledge my presence, she sends another one of her minions to me to tell me, she has not had any time to look for my shirt and she would call me when she has time. I ask to speak to the manager and they tell me she is not available. I said I would wait. She appears almost instantly, but she walks right by me, exits the building only to return another 10 mins later with take-out. She walks right by me again and says not even one word.



I object vehemently to the treatment and her minion proceeds to tell me to send an email to some email address posted on their wall if I don't like the service I am getting and then proceeds to say "Next customer please".



What a nightmare these guys are. They appear illiterate, uncaring and downright mean. They have folks here that do not speak great english, the store smells foul, the workers unkempt for the most part and they top it off with arrogance when they lose your dry cleaning.

I still don't have the shirt my wife bought me for our evening outing. They refuse to tell me when they will have closure or when they will spend their precious time to investigate or find my shirt AND by the way don't even think of calling them. THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED on their website and receipts IS A NON-WORKING number. This Place is a NIGHTMARE.

My comment has been taken down by owner I'm sure. But it is really the worst place to give your clothes. I would not even put a dot on a star but I did just so it could be submitted!!!

Best Price Cleaners at Brier creek is so far the best I found.

I live in charlotte but work in Raleigh. I bring all my family cloths to best price cleaners , never have any bad experience, I love their lowest prices and best quality and on top the most friendly staff. I just love them the are really the best

I tried Best Price Cleaners because they were cheap & convenient. I would not recommend them to anyone because they ruined two items and were very nonchalant about it. The first item was a hand-knit sweater I have had dry cleaned many times at other cleaners with no problems. Best Price cleaned it once and the colors ran. I believe they laundered it rather than dry cleaning it. The other item was a dress blouse. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it. When they finally found it, it had a large tear / rip up the back. I definitely did not drop it off that way. Instead of apologizing for damaging the blouse, they asked me how old it was and said the fabric was "weak." I have seen how fabric wears thin when it gets old and this was not the case with this blouse. They would not pay for the blouse and instead offered me credit on future dry cleaning. My question is, why would I ever go back? I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 due to price, location, hours & turnaround time.

I am thier customer since they open and never have any bad experience . .I always got my clothes nice cleane and same day. Employees are very friendly and helpful .

they are charging 1.87 for any garment drycleaned and 1.25 for men dress shirts I think thier prices are the lowest in the whole state but the quality and service is the best I always think about them how they can afford these prices with such a good customer service and quality

I will recomend them to every one who read these reviews . I always had good luck with them and also my family members and friends use them all of us are very happy so use them and be happy
