Physical Fitness and Coordination We provide you with a complete program in physical conditioning. Your child will learn at Bushido Karate Shotokan in a fun, social environment where they'll develop coordination skills, self-confidence, and learn to defend themselves. They will also learn from good role models who will serve as positive influences in their lives.
