We received an estimate from Drew and several others. Of them all, he was the most knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. His estimate was not the cheapest, but it was competitive. His guidance on the laminate and carpet type was exactly right. Oscar and his crew removed the old carpet and installed laminate in the entire upstairs of our house-- moved all furniture out and back -- and worked very efficiently. They were meticulous with the trim work and attention to details. They did the job in 2 days as estimated. Oscar and his crew were conscientious keeping the place clean and did a great job with no problems encountered. The carpet crew installed carpet on the back stairs on the 3rd day-- they were very professional and were conscientious keeping the place clean and did a great job with no problems. Martha Gerringer was very professional and timely with all the information and scheduling coordination. Mike Nelson -the owner- was readily available and the consummate professional The floor is beautiful and they were able to match the real oak hardwood floors on the 1st floor. We are happy we went with our instincts! We would recommend. them highly

And a problem that was not of their making came up at the last minute, and they went out of their way to accommodate us and were very cool and a huge help. We recommend them!

My experience with Carolina Flooring was wonderful, they did my whole house in hardwood and some carpet in two bedrooms and also converted my staircase to oak. Their price was great and their crew Jeff and Robbie did a great job.

We chose them because they knew more about the carpet and hardwoods best for our home, they really know their stuff and care about helping us. I have to say it was a great decision. They did everything they said they would on time and it all looks great. When my wife and I decided to replace the flooring in our kitchen and dining room, we read many reviews and contacted several different companies in the Triangle Area. Carolina In Home Flooring was one of them. We eventually decided on Mike and his team. We visited his showroom and Mike spent plenty of time with us showing us many different options of flooring. He then came to our house with several different selections and helped us make the best choice for our home. We set up an install date and his crew was prompt and on time to do the install. You can tell from the quality of the work that Mike only uses true professionals for his jobs. The finished product looked FANTASTIC! I could not be more pleased and Mike's price to do the work was several hundred dollars less than some of the local competition. A more than fair price and great looking floors. What more could you ask for. We highly recommend Carolina In Home Flooring!
