Carolina Performance is a scam. The fake doctor scam you need to be aware of- and Dr. William Matthews at Carolina Performance is part of this ALERT - physician scam. Check out for yourself, try to find his licence number-. I paid for an expensive intake, and he could not write a prescription, nor could he call it into CVS Pharmacy. Why? Because he wasn't a real doctor. I also needed him to fax a referral to another doctor in California, and after a week, he was still not able to fax my request. Why? Because he didn't want to reveal that he was bogus. Do not use ANY "doctor" at Carolina Performance.
