Jordan provided candid and helpful feedback and support while purchasing a new machine! His integrity for his repair service was very much appreciated. He did not charge me a “repair fee” for a machine that could not be fixed due to no longer being able to get replacement parts. Another repair company charged a fee, then told me it couldn’t be fixed. I wish I would have tried this business first!

Jordan patiently answered questions about the various new computerized machines and selected a machine matching my needs for the type of sewing projects I’d be doing versus just trying to sell me the latest and greatest model that would have been beyond my needs and/or capabilities. This is my first BabyLock and I’m looking forward to the online tutorials and being connected to sewing forums and information.
