You start off by dealing with one of the sweetest women on earth (Donna) but you never deal with her once you enter. You deal with the Madd Owner Charlie who is ALWAYS in a bad mood & threatening to kick people out (the owner by the way doesn't even have a cdl). You deal with Wayne, the biggest grouch on earth who yells at you nonstop over any little thing (ANYTHING) from not walking fast enough to not driving fast enough. Wayne will get under your skin in a heartbeat so do not attend if you can't handle being yelled at (he's an ex sheriff from TX). Victor is the head instructor, not a bad guy but you will deal with Wayne more (grrrr). Victor is also a trainer with FedEx so he knows his stuff. Lenny is the other instructor (about 30 years trucking experience), he's pretty sharp but you will mainly learn from him if you ask a lot of questions so make sure you do. Lenny is the instructor everyone wants to ride with. Their facilities and trucks are really old and nasty (including the bathroom in the class you can hear people pissing in while you’re testing). They put only enough into their property to get by. I speak only the truth and didn't have the opportunity to read a review before I went so to whom this may concern, you’re welcome. If you put your all into the program I can say they will make sure you graduate though and that’s what’s important in the end.
