Provided by YP.comVery poor business ethics and gross mistreatment of established tenants regarding rental rates. Coerced tenants into re-signing lease agreements early in order to "get reduced rental rates" only to come back later and lower rates substantially meanwhile disallowing current tenants the opportunity to take advantage of the lower rates. Very poor management decisions and then paying for it on the backs of established responsible tenants. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU ABOUT RENTAL RATES. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST LIVING HERE.
