I have been a tenant with CIM for only 3 months and have already had numerous bad experiences with the company. The accounting is shoddy, the management is questionable, and the secretary is inept at English conversation.



I have received phone calls about money CIM felt I owed, only to call and find out it was "a mistake" in their records.



The house I moved into was DIRTY--even after being told it was cleaned.



I have had several conversations with the secretary during which things were misinterpreted egregiously, and have also had to explain clear English and business logic repeatedly in the same conversation.



In addition, the "good old boy" atmosphere of the office is inappropriate on many levels.



I would not recommend this company or its properties to anyone. EVER.
