I think that the Conway on New Bern was a good bargain. I went there for nice dress slacks and dressy business casual skirts and nice shirts. The prices were good to me. The quality was good also. I think that people want a whole bunch of something and don't want to pay any money for it at all. It was a store where I got so much for the money...an entire work wardrobe..enough for 2 weeks without repeating for less than $150. If that is not a deal I don't know what it is. If you take care of your clothing...they will last. But to each his own. I like Conway and will continue to shop there. I didn't give 5 stars because they employees are slow in checking you out.

For 18 years, I shopped the CONWAY Stores in downtown Manhattan, NY- every dept they had on 33rd, 34th off Seventh Ave and Broadway. Well, I moved to Raleigh, NC 7 years ago and was so happy CONWAY opened up on New Bern Ave last year. That store is a joke. Granted, space is limited, but that's not my complaint. Their prices are ridiculous!! They are not in the category or caliber of other stores like TJMaxx or Marshall's. CONWAY always was a better deal as far as prices are concerned, but not the quality of their products- hence, the lower prices than TJMaxx.

Well, you might as well go to TJMaxx because the Conway on New Bern Ave is not a good bargain. I wasnted to purchase a wheeled trolley carry-on suitcase, and they were priced at $39.99 up to $48.99!!

Give me a break!! I'll go to Kohl's during a sale or TJMaxx any day and get better prices for a better quality item. It's a shame that the Conway's in North Carolina doesn't feel to need to have competitive prices.
