So not only did they screw up my pants (making one leg longer than the other and NOT hemming the lining too so it hangs out) they also overcharged me by $50 by claiming to have done services they did not perform (and that I didn't ask for). Disgusted I started to ask around, I found out that every one of my colleagues had had horrible experiences with this tailor and would never recommend them. One of the ladies at the front desk said she left there in tears. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website. They have a D- rating and several complaints against them AND they have at least one complaint filed against them with the NC Department of Justice's Consumer Protection Division
