I like the appointment reminder that I am sent to my email, I never have to wait, I'm always called back at my scheduled time, and the staff is always considerate and professional.

Very Professional and pays attantion to details

I was very pleased from the time I placed a call for an appointment & entered the office for my appointment to checking out and leaving. I appreciate Dr. Vice for taking the time to explain what needed to be done with options and some kind of time frame. It seemed like total team work because the staff seemed to work well together. It was better than I expectations. The staff, office and visit is one that I will share with everyone. It was awesome from the start to finish. I can't imagine anyone leaving this office not satisied. Thanks to all of your staff and I will forever wish all of you the very best.

This was one of the most thorough dentist appointments I've had. Everyone was so professional and took their time explaining what they were doing, what I can do at home to improve my oral health and helping me understand my treatment options moving forward. Great visit.

Everyone at Sunrise is friendly, professional, and efficient. I hope my next dentist and his/her staff is as good as Sunrise (we're moving soon). :)

Dr. Dirk Vice was very nice, friendly and generally concerned about my well-being. All of the staff made me feel welcome and relaxed, and I laughed a lot during my visit. They did not pressure me about a time to come back for further work, but left it up to my comfort on when I want to schedule.

I had a wonderful experience from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Carrie did a great job on my cleaning and Dr. Vice was gentle and caring. I cant wait to bring the rest of my family here. Now I look forward to my cleanings!
