I had a wonderful mani/pedi here. They are a busy salon but I did not feel rushed in any way. The woman did my nails took her time and I was pleased with the result. Also happy with price..

I would recommend going here for pampering after hard working days.

Seriously, I’m crazy about nails…I’ve gone almost the nail salons in this area but I can’t find any place that can make me leave with full of satisfied until I found this place... The services are great and all the ladies here are amazing~~~ they are super sweet and talented, they gave me the best nails ever… So so so love this place!!!

First time been here and I’m so happy that I came, received a best hard shellac ever… The receptionist was welcoming and greeted me right when I came in... They offer free beverage and some snacks (yes yes yes I love it)... My manicurist is nice and caring, she isn’t gossip and leave me relax quietly… Will definitely come back.

I have been going to diva nails in Crabtree for 5years my nails techs are Ann & chino they give great service . They make me feel very relaxed when I come in from a very long day at work . My nails are always perfect I thank them both so very much !

I went here the other day because I was stuck in Raleigh for 7 hours waiting on my botched wedding dress from Victorian Rose Bridals. I was in not the best of moods, so I sat down to get my nails done. I wish I knew the name of the lady that did my nails because she 100% made my day. My nails look great, but I was more impressed with her. She told me about how she talks to all her customers in order to learn english better, and how she practices it with her young daughter every night. There are so many people that could care less and I was just so impressed with her want to learn the english language. She, of course, appologized to me for her inability to speak well, but I told her I thought she was doing a great job. At the end of my manicure she pulled out a small little bracelet and gave it to me. She told me because I was nice and she wanted to give it to me. I tipped her well, because I didn't have anything small to give, to which she said no that it was too much. You never find anyone that will do something selfless for others anymore and I was so appreciative. She definitely made my day better, and I wish I could thank her in another way, other than writing this review.

I was there a couple of weeks ago and got my eyebrows waxed by Tiffany. I don't want to judge her and say she has no experience or or anything but, when she did my eyebrows, she messed them all up. I don't recommend anybody get service done by Tiffany.

I go DIva Nails &spa @Crabtree mall ,they have several levels of pedicure,all reasonably priced and worth the money.the facility is super clean and technicians are skilled.I have lilterally had a French pedicure look fabulous for weeks!!!!I only go to DIva nails now,as they consistently do the best job.hopefully no one reads this and fills up the place. It the best Pedicure

i just moved down to nc and i gotten my nails done else where and always had bad service. i went to diva nails for my first time and the service and people are wounderful its very relaxing and they all do great quality work. i will be going bck to this place for now on

I normally get a facial every 4 weeks. My normal esthetician was on vacation so as I was walking past this salon I saw that they give "European Facials" and decided to give it a try.



I can only imagine that the lady that gave me the facial had never even watched a youtube video on how to give a facial.... much less had any real training.



She started out by karate chopping my head for a good 3 or 4 minutes... I should have gotten up and walked out at that point. Then she proceeded to rub lotion on my face for the next 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes or so she would go to the sink and grab a few of those brown paper towels you see in restrooms and wipe it off and start again. Finally 30 minutes into the facial I asked her if she was planning of steaming or giving me a mask or anything else? She said "oh, I can give you a mask" and walked out. Came back in the room about 5 minutes later and laid a paper towel on my face soaked with the very same lotion she had been rubbing on my face for the past 30 minutes and walked out of the room. In just a few moments the lotion was getting into my eyes and burning like you wouldn't believe.... I got up and washed my face in the sink in the room and she walked back in and I told her I was done. She kept telling me that she wasn't through but I had had enough. I paid her $70 and left. My eyes burned for the rest of the evening!!



I have never had such a miserably horrible experience before in any "spa" I have been to. They may be Ok for doing nails but do not even consider having anything else done here.

My boyfriend got me a gift certificate for this place in June of 09 I had a lot going on after that and it didnt expire till June 2010. So I finally got a chance to go in May right before it expired. Well I go in and they tell me to pick out a polish color & someone will be right with me (the place was packed so I had to stand there for like 5 min). So finally the little man comes and I show him my gift certificate. Well he says he can't accept it. They changed owners and their gift certificates dont even look like that anymore. And he even said how did he know I didnt write it? Which REALLY made me mad, my boyfriend had given this place his money and this is how I get treated? And so I start arguing with him and he starts yelling back and it causes a HUGE scene. I mean what kind of customer service is that??? Complete rip off. Money down the drain. And the time I went before that, the man giving me a pedicure would NOT stop hitting on me and making me feel uncomfortable the ENTIRE time. This place is HORRIBLE. Just do your self a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

I know my experience wasn't a normal one, but it reflects the type of customer service at this place. The actual nail service was below average and not worth the price. But then they "screwed up" on the payment. There is no way to double charge unless you swipe the card twice. These guys did just that. Entered my service charge, swiped my card, then gave me the receipt to sign. But in that time they also entered another charge and swiped it again. When I looked at my statement the next week there were 2 charges (the second for twice as much as the first). I went back in and the manager told me he would provide me with both receipts by the next business day, which he did. The photocopy clearly shows a totally different signature for the second, higher charge receipt. When I told them that the evidence they gave me clearly showed I didn't authorize the second payment, they refused to issue a refund and told me to dispute the charge with my credit card???!!!!??? Now I am waiting 30-60 days to get the money back, if the CC company deems it the vendors fault. If you ask me, something VERY shady is going on at this place. CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS PLEASE. TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE ALTOGETHER, as I would hate for this to keep happening to others.



Manager was the only "english-speaking" person there and was trying to help, but the owner was clearly obstructing. A complaint was also issued with Crabtree Valley Mall and they handed it over to the police for further investigation.

It is the best clean nails salon , very uper scale. Gently embrace your mind and boby with rejuvenating and relaxing therapies that will soothe you, renew your soul,and lift your spirits whther you put yourself in there hands for minutes or hours, you will leave feeling refreshedand revived

I am a regular to Diva Nails located in Crabtree mall and the service is just Awesome!! I always feel confident and comfortable with any suggestions form the employees. Most sercives done in the mall setting are quite expensive but this is not the case at Diva Nails. You receive high quaility services at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend anyone to go to this location its great.
