I believe that life is a journey and helping others create their journey is a wonderful gift. The gift to counsel is not given to everyone; yet I have been blessed and chosen to do so. I have been counseling all of my life; however officially I have been in counseling since earning my MA in 1991. I believe that we at times need assistance with the trials and tribulations in life. I'm here to help navigate those rough times as you through the high water, the raging rivers and the fires of life.
