The customer service is terrible. After 10 yrs of service, my family has decided to take our service elsewhere. on several occasions after making appointments, we recieved confirmation of the appointment by phone, but when we arrived on time,we were told of an outstanding balance. They could not tell us what it was for and was advised we couldn't be seen unless we paid the balance. The first time i inquired, i was advised it was from prior yr which i paid. This time the bill was for $9.00 and I was advised they don't send out bills less then $10.00. I changed physicians who confirmed they would inform us of any outstanding balance before being seen
