Provided by YP.comI would COMPLETELY agree with what everyone else said. Michelle is extremely rude and acts as if us being there is an inconvience to her. She would rather sit in the back talking to whomever than come to the front and acknowledge you as a customer.
I have waited for over an hour for my appt at times. I NEVER receive a confirmation call from them and more times than not when I show up for an appt they wait about 30 minutes to tell me they have to reschedule my appt. Only once has my appt gone as scheduled and it was still 15 min behind. When an appt is made they never have time for you for at least 3-4 weeks out. I have not had any issues with Dr. Jones himself, just his front office staff. I do plan to change dentists due to the issues I have had.
Do yourself a favor and find someone else to work on your mouth. Wish I could give them 0 or negative stars.

Provided by YP.comFront office person (Michele) is very rude; prices are 2-3 times more expensive than with other dentists in area, you never get any meaningful communication on services provided. Very old equipment. Nobody cares about your comfort. It’s hard to get appointment, as they work only 2 times a week, and you have to wait for 1-1.5 hours before they see you. They care only about charging money; they don’t want to save your teeth and try to extract ones that any other dentist in area will fix. They try to sell you prescription medications directly, 4 times expensive than in pharmacy. Complex (means expensive) services are done in some other office which is different legal entity and your insurance will not pay.
I can’t tell you who is the best dental provider in the area, but you now know who is worst.

Provided by YP.comThis is the most unprofessional and primitive receptionist I have ever encountered. After calling the office for 4 days and each day being tolled to call the following day, I was told that I have to schedule two appointments to get my tooth diagnosed. Receptionist was rude and impolite. She was acting like she is doing me favor just by talking to me after putting me on hold for four days. Then she told me that is the law to have two appointments to get my cavity fixed and that next available appointment is in three weeks. When I told her that she could have told me this four days ago she just hung up on me. I'm sure that this person is probably related to doctor Michael because there is no way that such a person would be still employed by any dental office. She should be kept away from the phone and public as far as possible.

Provided by YP.comThanks for the reviews. I called the office to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist was so rude, curt and overall just not friendly. After going over the new patient information, I was left with the feeling that I was more of a bother to her. Just did not like the overall vibes. So I decided to check the reviews. None were good. So I have just canceled my appointment. Will take my business elsewhere!!

Provided by YP.comWe have all heard that a doctor can have no bed side manner well how about the recp at this clinic has NO LIFE OR FEELINGS FOR PATIENTS. I called to make a apt with this dr since I'm new to the area and he is the closest one to where I work. This is the address that I was given to get there and find out that I should have been at the clinic in Cary since that is where the dr is on Tue and Thr. I asked why was i scheduled here then her reply was I dont know but go to Cary. When I asked about a claim she just shut me down with her excuses that it was not her job to answer insurance claim questions. Will find another dr that has a staff with feeling and concern for patients.

Provided by YP.comI had been going to this dentist for a couple of years because it is close to where I live. I however will not be going back anymore. The main receptionist is a total witch. I had an emergency and she completely blew me off and said she was busy with other people. I had to go get an MRI done on my jaw,,and the staff at that clinic had to call and set her straight. Another time I called because my claim was not sent it and she didnt want to be bothered by me-told me it was my job to send in claim! I called and spoke with someone else to let them know that I was going to find a new dentist if the problem was not rid of. I faxed the dentist my complaint as well and never heard back. I guess he couldnt be bothered either-
