Do not purchase from this store! I was recently sent a birthday arrangement. I was not home, so it was instead delivered to a neighbor's house down the street. I do not know this person and did not feel comfortable consuming food that Edible Arrangement could assure the quality and safety. Edible Arrangement refused to replace the arrangement, stating that its website states that it will deliver to a neighbor if no one is home. Who does that? This store had no regard for my consumer concerns and was rude stating that my problem was that I thought "everyone was evil." Edible Arrangement considers the product delivered even if they do not deliver to address you give them. Beware when ordering from Edible Arrangements. I spoke directly with the owner "George" and he was unwilling to rectify the situation.
