I called Ralph's electric. Left a voicemail. Ralph himself promptly called back. Set up a time to come out next day. Diagnosed problem and fixed it quickly, and came right in on his phone estimate. Further, he checked out other areas of the house that may have had the same problem in future. None did, no extra charge. Very courteous and professional and experienced. I recommend and would use him myself in future (but hopefully I won't have electrical issues!).

I just love the recessed lights that Ralph put up. He did a great job finishing our basement.The lighting is perfect, and the dimmers with a remote added the finishing touches. I am telling all my neighbors.
