Was charged $1300 for less than 2 hours of plumbing work that included nothing but resetting existing wall mount filter and addition of new. We supplied all parts and new filter so basically we were charged $700 an hour for PVC pipe work. No contact was made after requesting call from owner/manager to discuss.

Expert Express was the fourth company I called to try and get my air conditioning from blasting hot air. The first three charged me hundreds of dollars, but the problem kept coming back, and they said they couldn't do anything else other than a $6,000 new unit!! Finally Expert Express figured it out in one visit, it cost me less than the others, and now I have cold air. Believe me, I'm not going to call those other guys again, it's Expert Express or bust!

ripoff. dishonest ownership and incompetent. $1200 to replace the switch and get a new drainpan installed. seemed expensive to me, but i didn't price compare. however, after installation they verified my freon was full and all other levels appropriate. 2 weeks later AC wouldn't put out cool air. they came back and said my freon was completely empty and likely caused by a leak in the system. suspicious?? verified leak in the coils of the indoor unit. i said they should repair b/c it's probably because they were lifting the unit and banging things around the first visit. talked to Vern, the owner, and he wouldn't cover repair, but quoted me "discount" on new unit at 8k - 1.2k i wasted earlier to have them break my coils and cause me to buy a new HVAC. then they had the gall to try and charge me for this service call. i called several other companies and got quotes for new indoor and outdoor units of better and comparable equipment for which i was quoted and it was routinely aro

I had this notion to have my 14 1/2 year old water heater inspected, drained and whatever. It's been working great and I wanted to keep it that way. So I decided to give Vernon Gantt of Expert Express a call. In no time at all came Jason to the rescue... only to observe the ol' gray goose ain't what she used to be. She was leaking! I immediately hit the internet to school myself on the options. 'Bout the time I settled on replacing "Ol' Faithful" with a comparable 50 gallon natural gas tank heater, she completely gave up the ghost. Translation: COLD showers. Livin' like we're in a 3rd world country. Gotta get a new one installed!Meanwhile there were code issues to work out. Oh boy! More government intervention!
