Provided by YP.comMy interaction with this firm has been poor. I do not recieve phone calls or correspondence when I request them. The attorney gave me poor legal advice and was completely unpreprared for my case. Actually used the phrase " I am just going to wing it." Yes thier fees are low but there is another price you will pay.

Provided by YP.comI have known Fabio and Beckie for several years now as a fellow professional within the legal field and have always found both of them to be extremely ethical, honest, and altruistic in their work. Having participated in a number of cases each of these attorneys represented, I can truthfully say that they have been knowledgeable, caring professionals whose hearts have always been in the zealous representation of their clients. Both attorneys speak fluent Spanish and dedicate their energies almost exclusively to the representation of members of our Hispanic community, and they do very good work. I have often recommended them to friends needeng legal representation, and will continue to do so.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give them ZERO STARS, I would!!! Irresponsible and lazy. Rebecca or "Becky" is extremely lazy and acts like she is going to help but once you pay the fee, you can forget about any kind of progress from them. No communication from them, leaving the client clueless as to what to do and not knowing what is the next step. I DO NOT recommend Fabio Ortiz law firm to anyone!! They tell you one thing and they don't do it!! Unreliable!!!!
Dulce, Thank you for calling this to my attention. We pride ourselves on promptly returning phone calls, and of course taking appropriate action on cases in a timely manner. If you tell me which case this is in reference to, I'd be glad to check it out and see if we can figure out where the breakdown in communication occurred. We are not perfect, and if something was not done appropriately in your case then we'll do our best to make it right. I did search our archives of past clients and found one Dulce, but I was successful in her husband's case and there's a note in the file from my paralegal that says, "Ya les avise a su esposa, estan felices, dijeron que muchisimas gracias!"
