Horrible experiences lately. I really liked Doctor Oei but haven't been able to get an appointment with her the last few times we needed care. I waited a total of 2 hours today for a live person to answer the phone for an appointment. Then waited all day for a callback I never received. That is unacceptable to me.

I have been seeing Dr. Rashid at this office for nearly 3 years. He has been adequate until this year. I saw him concerning a back issue I was having for some time. He ordered x-rays. Then proceeded to send me a paragraph in the mail to let me know what the diagnosis was with no further explanation of what I should do. Today I have been trying to call and make an appointment for a painful sinus infection for the fourth day in a row. I even messaged them on MyChart 4 days ago like they ask us to do do request an appointment. They will not answer phone, return calls, or call when requesting appointment on line. Then when I finally got through, they supposedly transferred me to a different office in Knightdale, it was the middle of a message about requesting a prescription refill. I told them I just needed an antibiotic and would come on another day, and they literally transferred me to this stupid number. What a way to treat your patients. I could tell the last visit I had with Dr. Rashid that something was not right. He was somewhat cold and rude compared to former visits. I will never go back there again. It is probably the worst treatment I have ever had at any doctor's office in my entire life! I also cannot even rate them 1 star but this website is requiring at least 1.

I spent 3 days calling without a return phone call to make an appointment. I needed a referral for a sleep therapy study, so my insurance would cover the machine. After I got the appointment, they still didn't call in the referral, and the doctors from the sleep study place, tried calling, and they won't even return phone calls TO OTHER DOCTORS. It's been a week now, without any returned calls to myself, my wife, or the other doctors. I'm switching doctors and so is my wife, simply because of total incompetence of the office staff. Wish I could post a negative 2 stars. Worst medical office staff that I have ever encountered.

Dont go there. I informed them that my blood pressure always reads on the high side in a doctors office. I proceeded to explain that I was exposed to a chemical and I was coughing, had pain in chest, spewing green/brown ick, sore throat from coughing, irritation, aches and pains and they never pulled out a stethoscope to check my lungs or how I was breathing. The only thing she could say was you have high blood pressure. Really???!!! I told you that when I walked in! A week later and I am still coughing and spewing green/brown stuff. What a waste of time and money! The only cool thing about this place is the fake aquarium!

I began taking my mother to Dr. Monica Oei before she came to falls pointe med group and when we found her there we switched to her there. However since that time I have found that this group of doctors can hardly run their practice much less be efficient caregivers to any patient. You cannot call your doctor directly, you cannot email them any info regarding your care (who still has a fax at home?) It takes a couple of days for them to respond to a return call, They are difficult to deal with when you ask questions about the course of treatments they prescribe, It is a nightmare to get prescriptions refilled, they are poor communicators with the other doctors that you see, (heart doctor) and they have no admitting privileges at any of the area hospitals. That means you have to go to the ER to be admitted to the hospital. Now they have sent me a registered letter informing my 82 yr old mother that they no longer wish to treat her because of something we did wrong... what a joke. Not even enough compassion to call in person and let us know what we did wrong regarding her care. I would not trust the care of my dog to these people much less my mother. good riddance .
