Mr. Gibbs was very professional and knowledgeable of setting up my Mom's bed. Very patience with my questions.

My Brother and I were in need of Medical services for our mother. A friend suggested Family Medical. I wanted to say Thank you to the whole staff for making our next journey with our mother run smoothly. It was nice to get returned calls promptly when we needed additional supplies. Thank you for working with her doctors to make sure she was able to get all her needs met.

Ordered equipment for my mother. Loved the service and personal attention she received. I would highly recommend

One star because the office staff is nice, otherwise it would be ZERO stars!



They rent out outdated equipment in poor to dangerous working condition. Brakes on one knee scooter did not work, and the replacement scooter had a flat area on one tire so you rode with a "tha-thump" like a car with a flat tire, and an extremely worn out knee pad.



Neither of these scooters were in good working condition and should NOT have been allowed to leave their store(s).
