I bought a guitar from Guitar Center on Capital Blvd. The young man was helpful or at least I thought he was at the time. I wanted another color guitar than what they had on the floor and it was on the weekend and he said they place orders on Tuesday. I said fine. He let me take the one on the floor for me to exchange with them once mine arrived. I waited two weeks and then I called. Even at this time I was not told my guitar was on back order. I was told they will call me when it come in. I waited another week called back, spoke to a manager and he said, oh, your guitar is on back order. I said why wasn't I told this when I called the first time. He had no explanation. I called today only to be told the guitar will not be in until November. Then he told me they ordered the wrong thing.....needless to say I am going tomorrow to get my money back.
