The woman "Ms. Howard who answered the phone was totally rude, refused to take a message or even give me a voice mail to the real attorney I was trying to reach at the law firm. She was completely disrespectful, talked over me while I was trying to explain the nature of my call and finally hung up on me! Trashy service at this law practice! And "Ms. Howard" told me she was one of the attorney's there! Needless to say I called the referring law firm back to tell them of the embarrassing experience! No respectful law firm would treat a customer this way!
