Stay away from this man William Hall and/or his company dba as Hall Unlimited Painting/Hall and Hall Painting. He knows how to articulate well enough to gain trust to get the job but he does not have the necessary skill set to classify himself as a professional painter. He’s sloppy, he uses old paint rollers and pans which transfers these pimple like textures on your walls, he is not going to sand a thing any imperfections on your walls will get painted over. He is an awful painter and a really bad person who’s mission is to deceive everyone he comes in contact with.
