I had my mother transported on HealthFirst Transport from a nursing home to a doctors appointment and then back. The Driver was an EMT, not just a driver. She was dressed professionally and was very courteous. During rush hour when traffic is crazy in the local area, they were able to get us the return ride in about 30-40 minutes after we called in for transportation. From the first time when we called their office to their pickup and drop-off of my mother, it was a completely painless and pleasant experience. We used them again, and we received the same treatment from a different driver. This is by no means a coincident. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
