This park sold out in 2005 to a Northern investment concern and is now a remotely-operated trash dump with no apparent management skill. The tiny insect/dog/feral cat ridden lots (100X100 approx) were never worth the $250 a month back in '05. Now, at $355, the place is simply a disgrace to Raleigh and Wake County.
