We won't be back. Scheduled an 8:45 appointment and did not get seen for 25 minutes. Demanded that I wait for another 25 minutes with my 15 year old in an empty office while the doctor got around to finishing the visit. This isn't a cancer diagnosis...I think a 15 year old can handle it. No respect for our time. No apology for the delay. Not a place to go if you have job/family.

Visited this center once and wont again. The doctor and front desk were nice, However the woman in charge of payment methods was absolutely horrid and rude. We had an insurance company that had not yet provided us with a card but a temporary paper to use until our card was mailed to us. When the front desk did not recognize this paper they sent out the woman in charge of payments, who refused to even look at the paper and says, and I quote, "No, I dont look at papers." and looked at us like we had some kind of plague. She wouldnt even let us try to explain what our papers were. We of course paid in cash (which is not an issue for us thankfully) for that one appointment, and decided to take out business elsewhere to people who WOULD look at our papers, did take the time to call and ask about them, and give us treatments. If kelly eye center does hear about this I do hope they are kicking themselves, because the insurance form you chose to not even read covers every single thing. And I do mean everything. :) We have taken thousands and thousands of dollars worth of business to a neighboring clinic. Hopefully they are more considerate to future possible patients.
